Great value for money, excellent service.

Breakfast had a very good quality, diversity of food, local food, friendly staff. The spa was quite nice on weekdays. Electrical charging for the car. Free parking.

Room was somewhat overheated. Lack of enforcement of rules in the spa for users with lack of common sense.

Nice charming hotel to visit Serra da Estrela

The services and the staff very helpful. A nice spa and a good restaurant. The room was good and comfortable.

We were 2 adults, 1 kid and a baby. Reserved a room for 3 adults and had to pay extra for a baby cod.

Excellent SPA and inside pool

The breakfast was really good and the dinner is buffet and delicious. The room is comfortable and have a lot of space, is really big. The decoration of the room is quite nice too. The gym and SPA is ok and the pool is huge. Even with a lot of people the pool remains with enough space. The lounge is comfortable and there is live music at evening. Really comfortable and enjoyable

The room had some damages on some parts and some construction details were forgotten. Even being beautiful and comfortable, seems to miss something on the room to be more cozy and a 4 star room

Ambience, thoughtfulness, environment. Staff goes extra mile to ensure they do what we needed / want, including restaurant staff.

I like everything. Maybe cleaning of room can be improved but all is okay.

What was the highlight of Puralã Wool Valley Hotel

A great place to stay for a couple of nights when touring by motorbike.

Very helpful staff at reception and in the bar & restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and there was easy onsite parking for our motorbikes. The buffet breakfast was excellent with very varied options. The spa and swimming pools were great, no charge to use the pools (one indoor & one outdoor) or jacuzzi. Great location for interesting motor bike rides.

The evening meals were not quite as good as we have enjoyed before when there was a super buffet each evening, but now only occasionally. No other negatives.

Just good hotel for right price. Breakfast has wide choice of bread, cakes, yoghurt, fruits etc. We also had diner in the restaurant with a 3 course menu for a good price. Lots of parking spaces.

Overall, still a very good hotel.

Have stayed here many times, hence the return visit. Bedrooms very comfortable indeed. Breakfast is very good and met our needs. Indoor Pool is very good, outdoor pool is small and is unfortunately shaded by trees. We like this place and will be going again.

This is a first, never left poor information before. Evening meals used to be fantastic, buffet selection. Buffet now only available on weekends. Now it’s a fixed limited, very limited menu. We will not be attending during the week days again. Also, check your restaurant bill. Not only us, but another table queried additional items on bill. This happened on more than 1 occasion.

Excellent food in the restaurant, breakfast and dinner. Good wait staff, good Spa staff, very clean and comfortable.

hmmmmm, maybe a wider glass door in the shower so water didn't wet the bathroom floor so easily.

Amazing hotel! The staff is very friendly and profissional, the food is wonderful, the spa services are excellent and the rooms are very confortable. Everything was perfect from the start until the end of our stay!

Very Good

Location far from the town centre but perfect for my needs. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast is composed for Portuguese taste I guess. Not much consideration for international clientele - no black tea (!), no fresh vegetables (zero!). Quite surprising.

The bedroom was amazing and cozy. The bed was spacious. The hotel is located in the center of Covilhã. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast included and with good variety. Really recommend!

Solid hotel with good staff and good breakfast

It was a nice hotel with lots of facilities and a good breakfast.

I liked everything. However you must pay attention to closing times fir the pool and spa as it shuts earlier than expected.

We spent a night here on our way back from Braga to Lisbon. It was a perfect stop to split a long drive.

It was easy accessible by car, very clean, and offered a great outdoor pool and SPA, fully included. Dinner buffet and breakfast were also very good.
